Golden Agers
The Golden Ager Group was organized by Bro. Fred & Mrs. Sharon Reamsnider in September of 1975 with 18 original members. The primary objective of the Golden Agers is to provide spiritual guidance and fellowship for seniors, over age 50, of the Berean Baptist Church.
The Golden Agers meet for a covered dish luncheon on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and when the weather permits we take a trip on the 4th Tuesday of each month. At the present there are 132 members with an average of 50-60 active members. Many of the others are shut-ins or those who are still work at a job. Fred & Sharon are also over the Golden Acre Apartments, 10 in all, which are provided for those of our church who are looking for a good, secure, Christian atmosphere in which to retire. You’re invited to come see what’s happening with the seniors of the Berean Baptist Church.
